1. Nature of the Service

"As-Is" Hobby Project

Life Compass is a personal, independent hobby project developed and maintained by Vilohit. It is provided strictly on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis. It is not a commercial product, and no enterprise-level support, maintenance, or service level agreements (SLAs) are provided.

2. Disclaimer of Warranties

No Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vilohit explicitly disclaims all express and implied warranties of any kind. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uptime guarantees. There is no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

3. Limitation of Liability

Zero Liability

In no event shall Vilohit be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, Life Compass. My total maximum cumulative liability to you for any and all claims, regardless of the form of action (whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise), shall be capped at exactly $0.00.

4. Data Loss Immunity

No Backup Guarantee

You acknowledge and agree that data loss is possible. I am not responsible for maintaining user backups, ensuring data persistence, or recovering lost data. You assume 100% of the risk regarding the integrity, security, and storage of any data you input into Life Compass. You are strongly advised to keep independent backups of any critical information.

5. Right to Terminate or Modify

Termination Rights

I reserve the absolute right to modify, suspend, restrict access to, or completely shut down Life Compass at any time, for any reason, and without any prior notice or liability to you. This includes the right to delete your account or any data associated with it at my sole discretion.

6. User Responsibility and Acceptable Use

By using Life Compass, you agree that you will not:

• Use the service for any illegal, unlawful, or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack, or exploit the service, its codebase, or its infrastructure.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service infrastructure, including bypassing rate limits or engaging in denial-of-service attacks.
• Store or transmit malicious code, viruses, or illegal content.

Any violation of these rules will result in immediate termination of your access.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Vilohit from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from or relate to:

• Your use or misuse of Life Compass.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any rights of a third party or applicable laws.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at my sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of Life Compass after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.
